Refund policy

We take great pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will gladly exchange the item for you.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will require proof of purchase, such as your order number, to process the exchange.

Please note that we do not cover shipping costs for exchanges. If you need to exchange an item, we will provide you with instructions on how to ship the item back to us, and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns items that are labeled "On Sale" or for gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
